The Company's segments include CVD Equipment, Stainless Design Concepts (SDC) and CVD Materials. CVD Equipment segment supplies chemical vapor deposition, physical vapor transport and thermal process equipment. Its targeted production markets include high power electronics (both silicon carbide and gallium nitride), aerospace advanced materials primarily for gas turbine jet engines, and nanomaterials used in batteries. SDC segment designs and manufactures ultra-high purity gas and chemical delivery control systems. Its SDC products are sold on a stand-alone basis and are also integrated into certain CVD equipment. CVD Materials segment provides products related to advanced materials and coatings.
