RNY Property Trust (RNY) is an Australia-based property trust. The Trust is engaged in investing in commercial office markets of the New York Tri-State area in the United States. RNY holds interest in approximately 20 properties containing approximately 2.95 million square feet in the suburban New York Tri-State area markets of Long Island, New Jersey and Westchester/Connecticut. The Trust owns an interest in RNY Australia LPT Corp., which in turn holds an interest in RNY Australia Operating Company LLC, which owns over 20 office properties in the New York Tri-State area. Its properties include 150 Motor parkway, 300 Motor Parkway, 35 Pinelawn Road and 6900 Jerico Tumpike, which are located in Long Island; 492 River Road, 100 Executive Drive and 10 Rooney Circle, which are located in Northern New Jersey; 660 White Plains Road, 580 White Plains Road and 80 Grasslands Road, which are located in Westchester County, and 710 Bridgeport Avenue, which is located in Fairfield County.
