JFT Strategies Fund (the Fund) is a Canada-based investment trust. The Fund's investment objective is to maximize return on investment for holders of units (the holders) while seeking to mitigate market risk and volatility by investing in an actively managed portfolio (the Portfolio) of long and short positions in any one or a combination of equities, debt securities or other securities. The Portfolio consists of long/short positions in any one or a combination of equities, debt securities or other securities that seek to generate positive returns. The Fund's investment portfolio includes cash and cash equivalents, fixed income, consumer goods, real estate, energy, basic materials, healthcare, industrial services, industrial goods and others. The Fund’s portfolio manager is Timelo Investment Management Inc. CI Global Asset Management is the manager and the trustee of the Fund.
