United Resource Holdings Group, Inc. is an exploration-stage company. The Company's principal business activity is the acquisition, exploration and development of precious metal-bearing properties in North America. The Company's subsidiaries include Dun Glen Mining Corp. (Dun Glen) and United Milling and Refining Corp. (United Milling). Dun Glen permits and develops an operating placer mine. It is located in Pershing County, Nevada, in the Dun Glen Mining Region. The mine site covers approximately 134 acres of patented land and over 400 acres of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land for a total of approximately 534 acres. Dun Glen has various permits, which include a Small Mining Operator Permit, a Water Pollution Control Permit, an Air Quality Permit and a Reclamation permit issued by the Bureau of Mining Regulation of the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection.
