The energy segment sells, retails and distributes power, through power supply agreements, retail supply contracts, ancillary service procurement agreements and other power-related service agreements. The fuel and oil segment are engaged in refining crude oil and marketing and distribution of refined petroleum products. The cement segment is engaged in the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of cement products.
