The Company leases space on its towers to mobile network operators. It is focused on the building to suit the tower industry whereby a long-term lease is secured with a tenant prior to building a tower. Its services include tower & infrastructure construction, site acquisition & zoning, operation & maintenance, government & private sector, and engineering and distributed antenna system. It develops and installs telecommunications infrastructure at the customer's request and under models that adapt their capex/opex to their specific needs. It provides end to end solution in the search and acquisition of sites for telecommunications networks. It owns and operates towers in some of the Spanish speaking countries in Latin America (Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico). It has around 581 towers in service.
