Strategic Oil & Gas Ltd. is a Canada-based oil and gas exploration and production company. The Company is engaged in the exploration for and development of petroleum and natural gas reserves in Western Canada with insignificant operations in the Western United States. The Company also operates oil and gas production and processing facilities at Bistcho, Alberta and Cameron Hills in the Northwest Territories, as well as minor non-core oil properties in southern Alberta and Wyoming, the United States. The Marlowe area assets are located in northwestern Alberta, approximately 100 kilometers north of the town of High Level, Alberta and include the Dizzy, Jackpot, Lessard and Ratz prospects. Maxhamish is located approximately 125 kilometers north of Fort Nelson and is operated by Crescent Point Energy Corp. The property has over seven producing oil wells. The Company owns a non-operated working interest in certain lands located in the Greater Green River Basin in southwest Wyoming.
