It operates through nine segments: Corp. Center, North-West, Center, South, Volga, Ural, Sibir, Far East, and Other operations and reconciliation. It operates the intercity network and international telecommunications gateways of the Russian Federation, carrying voice and data traffic that originates in own network, and other national and international operator networks to other national and international operators for termination.
