Nextraction Energy Corp. is a Canada-based oil and gas company. The Company is engaged in the exploration, development and production of petroleum and natural gas reserves in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin and the United States. The Company focuses on light oil development on the Provost property. Its Pinedale property is located in the northern extent of the Pinedale Anticline in the Green River basin of western Wyoming, the United States. Its Edson property is located in the central Alberta. The Company holds interests in a property in Buck Lake, Alberta, consisting of a non-operated natural gas well. The Company holds interests in rights to approximately 2,000 net acres in the Provost Viking A pool in east-central Alberta. The Company holds interests in rights to approximately 960 net acres in the Edson area of central Alberta. It also holds interests in over 1,900 net acres along the northern extent of the Pinedale Anticline in the Green River basin of western Wyoming.
