Global Gold Corporation is an international gold mining, development, and exploration company with mining properties in Armenia and Chile. In Armenia, the Company’s focus is on the exploration, development and production of gold at the Toukhmanuk property in the North Central Armenian Belt, the Marjan and an expanded Marjan North property in south-western Armenia, and other properties. The Company owns an interest in the Getik property, which is a gold and silver deposit in northeastern Armenia. The exploration license area covers approximately 27 square kilometers (km2) and the property is located in northeastern Armenia in the Geghargunik region. In Chile, the Company is engaged in identifying gold exploration and production opportunities.
