The Company has acquired the ownership and rights to certain late developmental stage products, including the WarmUp product line, which consists of the J4 Sport, J4 X and J4 Fitbelt. These products are wearable back compression devices, used to relax, warmup, loosen, or relax stiff & sore muscles. The therapeutic application of heat causes a change in temperature of the soft tissues, which decreases joint stiffness and relieves inflammation. Its WarmUp series product uses carbon microfibers combined with safe rechargeable lithium batteries. J4 Sport is for patients with chronic back pain conditions, such as arthritis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, and ligament strains. J4 Fitbelt is used to target both the abdominal and lower back muscles or just one of the muscle groups. J4 Core is used while playing, recovering, or performing daily activities at work, home or on the road.
