Naturenergie holding AG is a Switzerland-based holding and energy supply company. The Company produces, transfers, buys, exchanges and sells electrical energy through its directly owned subsidiaries Energiedienst AG, Energiedienst Netze GmbH and EnAlpin AG, among others. It offers its services to private and business customers as well as farmers primarily in Suedbaden (Germany) and Switzerland. The Company's core range of products includes Naturenergie Silber, offering power that comes completely from hydroelectric power plants which is free of coal, nuclear power or harmful exhaust gases, and Naturenergie Gold, offering power that is generated from water, sun and wind. The Company is divided into business units Swiss Market and German Market, which both cover the Company's Power Plants, Network Services, EDN-Network Operator, Sales, Finance and Administration, Human Resources and Communication, Risk Management as well as Service Center services.
