EGPI Firecreek, Inc. is an oil and gas production company. The Company is focusing on the recovery and development of oil and natural gas. The Company's services include existing oil and gas field rehabilitation and management, exploration and development, and production acquisition. The Company is seeking proven producing oil and gas fields that it can purchase for its own account or in partnership with its clients and partners. Energy Producers, Inc. (EPI) and Chanwest Resources, Inc. (CWR) are the oil and gas operating and servicing arms of the Company, respectively. EPI and CWR handle all operational duties, including negotiations, drilling, rehabilitation, servicing and related projects. The Company is also pursuing alternative energy to a lesser extent through its subsidiary, Arctic Solar.
