Cheetah Canyon Resources Corp, formerly Cardiff Energy Corp, is a Canada-based company that is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil and gas projects in the United States. Its oil and gas projects are located in the states of Oklahoma and Texas, in the United States. Its projects include Runnels County, Lincoln County, Garvin County and Osage County. It is engaged in the drilling and development of the Gardner Lime target in Runnels County, Texas. The Lincoln County Project is located approximately 30 miles northeast of the Oklahoma City and its producing horizons include the Pennsylvanian aged Prue Sand, the Skinner Sand, the Red Fork Sand and the Bartlesville Sand. The Garvin County Project is located approximately 50 miles south of Oklahoma City. It is engaged in the exploration and development of the Buzzard Sand zone on an approximately 320-acre lease in Osage County, Oklahoma.
