Clearford Water Systems Inc., formerly Clearford Industries Inc., provides unified water management and wastewater sanitation systems. The Company is the developer of the Clearford One system, which is a combination of the Company's ClearDigest Smart Digester, Small Bore Sewer (SBS) technology, a watertight small diameter wastewater collection system, SBS ClearConvey, and ClearRecover, a waste water treatment facility-based on the processed influent received from the ClearDigest and SBS ClearConvey components of the system. Clearford One provides waste water servicing. It operates through two segments: Clearford business, which is based on building and operating of its Clearford One system, and Water Purification segment, which includes the business of UV Pure Technologies Inc. (UV Pure). UV Pure manufactures ultraviolet purification systems and sells them to municipal, industrial and commercial potable water and waste water treatment systems, and rainwater harvesting markets.
