Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corp. invests in undervalued, distressed properties that can achieve a return on investment. In addition to acquiring the properties, the Company attempts to achieve income from the resources that are contained on the property. The Company buys, sells, leases, manages and maintains properties. It receives revenue through royalties, leases, sales for profit and mineral or coal rights. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Sustainable Tourism Inc., owns approximately 250 acres of land in West Virginia, subdivided into seven parcels. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Beacon Energy Corporation, owns in excess of 1,000 acres of coal rights in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
