The Company is focused on the acquisition, ownership, management, redevelopment and development of single and multi-tenant industrial properties, including distribution centers, warehouses, light industrial and small bay industrial properties, located in primary and secondary markets, as well as select sub-markets in United States. The Company's portfolio consists of approximately 157 industrial properties comprising over 208 buildings located in 12 states, with an aggregate of approximately 33.8 million rentable square feet. The Company owns substantially all of its assets and conducts substantially all of its business through Plymouth Industrial OP, LP (the Operating Partnership). Its properties are located in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Kansas City and others.
