The Company provides uniformed security officers and aviation security services to commercial, financial, industrial, aviation and Governmental customers throughout the United States. The Company provides security services to its customers through Command Security, its security division, and aviation security services through its Aviation Safeguards division. The Company's security services division provides security services to Governmental, quasi-Governmental and financial institutions, healthcare facilities, colleges and universities, residential communities, commercial real estate, industrial, distribution, logistics and retail customers. The Company's Aviation Safeguards provides aviation security services and passenger assistance services to over 50 domestic and international airlines, airports, airport authorities and the general aviation community at approximately nine international airports.
