Engine Media Holdings Raising US$15 Million in Private Placement of Share Units

04:06 PM EST, 02/05/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Engine Media Holdings (GAME.V) on Friday said it will raise as much a US$15 million in a private placement of share units.

The e-sports company said it will sell up to two-million units in the placement, with each priced at US$7.50 and made up of a share and one half of a three-year warrant to buy a second share for US$15.00.

The company did not say how it intends to use the funds raised.

Engine Media shares closed up C$0.16 to C$10.54 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
