US ECONOMICS: December Consumer Credit Use Rises Less Than Expected

03:08 PM EST, 02/05/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Consumer credit use rose by $9.7 billion in December, a smaller increase than the $12 billion gain expected in a survey compiled by Bloomberg and following a downward revised $13.9 billion increase in the previous month.

Revolving credit use fell by $3 billion, while nonrevolving credit use rose by $12.7 billion.
