08:47 AM EST, 02/05/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc. (CCW.V) on Friday reported high-grade silver assay results from a recently completed sonic drill program at the Beaver Mine.

The company reported high-grade silver assays from 314.0 to 13.7 grams per tonne, with an average 79.0 G/t silver grade. It also completed 127 sonic drill holes for 354 meters drilled, with 378 samples assayed for silver, cobalt, nickel and copper.

Canada Silver Cobalt President, Matt Halliday said, "The Beaver Mine has some of the highest silver grade stamp mill tailings in the Cobalt Camp. Planning is in place to begin sonic drilling at the Castle Mine tailings this year. These historic mine properties can provide a readily available source of mineralized tailings for processing to recover the silver and cobalt."
