DJ Cboe 4Q Revenue Rises, Earnings Eke Out Small Gain

Cboe Global Markets Inc. reported higher fourth-quarter revenue from a year earlier and a small increase in earnings.

Revenue was $844.2 million in the period, compared with $598.6 million a year earlier.

Net revenue was $307.1 million, up from $280.3 million a year earlier. Analysts according to FactSet expected $305.3 million for that revenue measure.

The company logged net income of $87.3 million, which rose $1 million from a year earlier. Earnings were 81 cents a share, up from 77 cents a share.

Cboe said adjusted earnings were $1.21 a share. According to FactSet, analysts were expecting $1.23 a share.
