Century Communities Q4 Adjusted Profit, Revenue Rises
07:17 AM EST, 02/05/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Century Communities (CCS) said Thursday that it booked Q4 adjusted earnings of $2.75 per share compared with $1.50 per share last year. That compared with the Street forecast for EPS of $1.84.
Revenue totaled $987.8 million, up from $792.5 million a year ago. The consensus estimate from analysts polled by Capital IQ was for revenue of $895.3 million.
Deliveries rose 14% while net new home contracts climbed 45% in the December quarter, according to Century Communities.
"We remain encouraged by the strength and health of the housing market and as such, are introducing full year guidance of deliveries in the range of 10,500 to 11,500 homes and homes sales revenues in the range of $3.3 billion to $3.8 billion," said Chief Financial Officer David Messenger.
