Haotian International Construction Investment (01341): Deng Yaozhi retires as executive director

According to Zhitong Finance App, Haotian International Construction Investment (01341) announced that Mr. Deng Yaozhi has retired as an executive director; Mr. Xu Yaozhi has retired as a non-executive director; and Mr. Shi Liqian has retired as an independent non-executive director, effective from the end of the annual shareholders' meeting.

After retiring from office, Mr. Shek Liqian will no longer serve as a member of the Audit Committee since October 28, 2026.

Furthermore, since the third resolution relating to the renewal of Dahua Ma Shiyun Certified Public Accountants Limited as the Company's auditor was not passed at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Dahua Ma Shiyun Certified Public Accountants Limited has ceased to act as the Company's auditor since the end of the annual shareholders' meeting.
