The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement on the 27th saying that in response to the hostile policies of the British authorities, Russia decided to add seven British military industry executives to the Russian ban list. The statement said that these seven executives provided weapons and military technology to Ukraine and were used to carry out attacks deep within Russia, with the goal of causing damage to Russia. The statement also mentioned that Britain claims that its military enterprises receive some kind of “defense dividend” from it. The statement said that Russia will continue to expand the sanctions list.
