According to the Zhitong Finance App, Anhui Wantong Expressway (00995) issued an announcement that Anhui Wantong Expressway Co., Ltd. will publicly issue corporate bonds (Phase II) to professional investors in 2026 on a scale of no more than 700 million yuan (including 700 million yuan). According to the results of an offline inquiry from professional institutional investors, after agreement between the issuer and the lead underwriter, it was finally determined that the coupon interest rate for the current bond type 1 was 1.43%, and the issuance of type 2 was cancelled.
