NeoTerra Raises Stake in Mozambique Mining License Holder to 70%

05:55 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- NeoTerra Group's (TERA.L) interest in Monte Muambe Mining Limitada, the holder of the Monte Muambe mining license in Mozambique, will increase to 70% from 51% as the company completed phase 3 of its farm-out deal. The African critical minerals developer said Monday it had met the phase's minimum expenditure requirement under the June 2021 agreement, triggering the increase in its interest. NeoTerra said contractual and administrative requirements for the transfer of shares have begun.
