03:35 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- GSK's (GSK.L) investigational B7-H4-targeted antibody-drug conjugate mocertatug rezetecan showed clinically meaningful and durable responses in a phase 1 trial involving patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. Updated data from the global phase I Behold-1 trial showed that Mo-Rez achieved a confirmed objective response rate of 62%, a median duration of response of 12.2 months, and median progression-free survival of 11.1 months after more than 13 months of follow-up, the British drugmaker said Monday. Behold-1 is a two-part, open-label, phase 1 study including 136 platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, or PROC, patients.
