12:51 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Genmab (GMAB.CO) reported "encouraging" objective response rates following follow-up analyses of a mid-stage study evaluating petosemtamab plus Folfox or Folfiri as a treatment for patients with metastatic colorectal cancer, or mCRC. The Danish biotechnology company said Sunday that a confirmed objective response rate of 75% and an unconfirmed objective response rate of 67% were observed at a median follow-up of 5.9 months and 7.1 months in first- and second-line treatment settings, respectively. The combination therapy is currently being assessed in a global phase 3 development program in mCRC. The updated results were presented at the European Society for Medical Oncology Congress 2026 in Madrid.
