Building Block Group announced that all the prerequisites contained in the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and that the completion of the placement matters was implemented on October 23, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement. A total of 303.36,800 shares of the placed shares (equivalent to approximately 16.67% of the Company's issued share capital immediately after completion at the date of this announcement) have been successfully placed to no less than six undertakers at a placement price of HK$0.55 per share.
