iFLYTEK (02506): Beijing benefits the introduction of iFLYX Cloud to increase capital by 32 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance App, iFLYTEK (02506) announced that on October 23, 2026 (after the transaction period), the existing shareholders (including the company) and iFLYTEK entered into an investment agreement. Based on this, the contracting parties agreed to pay RMB 32 million to Beijing to subscribe for Beijing to benefit an additional RMB 2,301,800 in registered capital.

After the investment is completed, Beijing Huihui's registered capital will increase from RMB 21.574,500 to RMB 23.8757.8 million, and the company's equity in Beijing will be reduced from 49.00% to 44.2771%. Despite this, since the company will maintain actual control over Beijing Huihui, its financial results will continue to be comprehensively included in the company's comprehensive financial statements.
