Helical Agrees to Lease Office Space at Brettenham House in London

11:43 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Helical (HLCL.L) agreed to lease 23,887 square feet of office space at the Brettenham House in London to US advisory company FGS Global, on behalf of the property's owner, Thames Brettenham. The British real estate investment company said Thursday that the deal covers the building's sixth, eighth and ninth floors, which feature a private terrace overlooking the Thames. FGS Global will occupy the space in January 2027 under a 10-year lease, with building renovations set to complete by October-end. Meanwhile, Helical will earn a management fee and a profit share tied to rental performance once the space is leased.
