The transferee was Beijing Hongyue New Energy Enterprise Management Center, with a transfer price of 22.60 yuan/share, with an overall transfer amount of 287 million yuan. After the transfer was completed, the Chinese system no longer held shares in Polytechnic University Keya. On October 20, 2026, the above shares were registered.
