The General Office of the Henan Provincial Government recently issued the “Henan Province's Implementation Plan for Regulating the Construction and Operation of Government and Social Capital Cooperative Stock Projects”, which clearly regulates the goals, tasks, key contents and main measures of our provincial government and social capital cooperative stock projects. The “Plan” proposes that by the end of 2026, improve the overall coordination working mechanism, complete a comprehensive survey of PPP inventory projects, establish work desk accounts, and achieve initial results in standardized management of PPP inventory projects. By the end of 2028, establish a sound and long-term management mechanism to achieve comprehensive standardized management of PPP inventory projects.
