(the Company, together with its subsidiaries, collectively, the “Group”) is about to expire, the Company held a board meeting on October 20, 2026 and agreed to nominate (i) Mr. Yang Zhaohui as candidates for the 3rd board of directors; (ii) Mr. Zhang Jianqun, Mr. Zhou Huiqiang and Mr. Du Yonggang as candidates for the 3rd board of directors; (iii) Mr. Wang Weishi, Ms. Li Weiwei, and Dr. Xin Guosheng Xia Ms. Liya is an independent non-executive director candidate for the 3rd term of the Board of Directors (collectively, the “Director Candidate”).
