07:01 AM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Partners Group (PGHN.SW) intends to lower management fees at its Global Value SICAV fund, Bloomberg News reported Tuesday, citing an investor presentation. The Swiss-listed private equity company on Oct. 2 disclosed that it is creating two sub-portfolios under the 6.6 billion-euro fund, representing a compounding fund and a distributing fund. The fund's restructuring is subject to shareholder approval. The management fees for the compounding fund investors would be reduced by up to 75 basis points until Jan. 1, 2030, while the investors in the distributing fund will have their fees cut by at least 25 basis points for three years, the news report states. Partners Group did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
