03:34 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- US Solar Fund (USF.L, USFP.L) extended the exclusivity period for the planned divestment of its portfolio of solar assets to Nov. 15, according to a Monday filing. The 30-day extension was made to give the unidentified potential buyer time to carry out further diligence on the performance of three remediated assets, Valley Centre, Granger, and Chiloquin, so their full value can be reflected in the price. The fund also said its US legal counsel advised that Federal Energy Regulatory Commission approvals are taking longer and could take up to five months. The renewable energy fund said there is no certainty that a transaction will be agreed with the potential buyer.
