Peacock to be J.P. Morgan's Head of Global Consumer and Retail M&A at the beginning of next year

The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to reports, JPMorgan Chase (JPMorgan Chase) is seeking managing director and senior consumer and retail merger and acquisition banker Richard Peacock from Bank of America (Bank of America). Peacock will be the head of global consumer and retail mergers and acquisitions at J.P. Morgan Chase early next year, based in New York.

Peacock has been with Bank of America for over ten years and was appointed as co-head of the bank's newly formed private capital mergers and acquisitions group earlier this year. The group aims to assist private equity firms in various industries to achieve investment exit and asset monetization.

J.P. Morgan's consumer and retail investment banking team ranked first in the Dealogic industry rankings for the full year of 2025 and the first half of 2026.
