Kangfang Biotech (09926) completed placement of 20 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Kang Fang Biotech (09926) issued an announcement. The terms of the placement agreement have been met, and the completion of the placement was confirmed on October 16, 2026. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, a total of 20 million shares have been placed by the placement agent at HK$97.76 per share at the placement price to no less than six undertakers, which is equivalent to approximately 2.13% of the issued share capital of the company after the placement was completed and expanded through the issuance of the placed shares.
