On the morning of the 16th, several yachts of Guangdong nationality set sail from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai and other places to Hong Kong waters, marking the official launch of the “Guangdong Yacht Southbound”. This is another important step since “Hong Kong and Macau Yachts Go North” was launched in June of this year. It marks a key step in two-way interconnection between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao yachts, and helps the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area maritime connectivity. After the implementation of the new policy, eligible Guangdong yachts can depart from six designated port terminals in the Greater Bay Area mainland city Nansha Port Area Passenger Terminal, Shekou Port Passenger Terminal, Shenzhen Airport Port Fuyong Passenger Terminal, Zhuhai Port Jiuzhou Port Passenger Terminal, Zhuhai Port Wanshan Port Area Guishan Passenger Terminal, and Zhongshan Port Shenwan Port Area Shengshi Yacht Club Wharf according to regulations.
