Happy Meet Group (02473): Wang Lihong has been appointed as an independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Hi Xiang Xing Group (02473) announced that since October 15, 2026: (i) Zhang Jinghua (Ms. Zhang) has resigned as an executive director, member of the nomination committee and authorized representative; (ii) Liu Wei (Mr. Liu) has resigned as a non-executive director; (iii) Wang Lihong (Professor Wang) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and member of the nomination committee; and (iv) the company secretary of the Company, Mak Baowen (Ms Mak) has been appointed as an authorized representative.

Furthermore, from November 9, 2026: (i) Wu Fei (Mr. Wu) will retire as an independent non-executive director, a member of the Nomination Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee; and (ii) Professor Wang will be appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
