04:24 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Helium company Pulsar Helium's (PLSR.L) subsidiary Pulsar Helium MN received approval from the City Council of Two Harbors in Minnesota, US, for an agreement to purchase land and develop it into a rare gas hub. Pulsar Helium MN would buy industrial land from the city, appraised at $143,200, for $1, according to a Thursday release. It plans a phased development of the hub, which would process helium and other rare gases, including helium liquefaction and carbon capture. The city also proposed to contribute up to $1 million toward rail construction. It would also reimburse 90% of the increased city property taxes for 15 years once the initial phase begins operations. After Pulsar Helium MN formally commits to the project, it must bring the initial phase into commercial operation within 36 months.
