12:56 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Deutsche Bank Research expects Porsche AG (P911.F) to retain its full-year 2026 outlook at its third-quarter earnings release on Oct. 27, including a group revenue target of 35 billion euros to 36 billion euros and an adjusted EBIT margin of between 5.5% and 7.5%. In a third-quarter earnings preview, the research firm said it anticipates Porsche's premium mix will offset "weak" deliveries during the three-month period, while projecting group revenues to fall 6% year over year to 8.20 billion euros and operating profit margin to improve by 1,613 basis points to 5%. "We understand demand remained particularly strong for higher-margin GTS, Turbo and GT derivatives, which should provide a favourable product mix and help revenues decline by much less than volumes. On the profitability side, we expect lower volumes to weigh on fixed-cost absorption, alongside inflationary supply chain pressures, supplier compensation related to weaker BEV demand and elevated D&A expenses," Deutsche Bank wrote. Analysts expect strategic restructuring costs and pension contributions to weigh on automotive cash generation in the quarter. However, proceeds from the Bugatti transaction are projected to offer a "meaningful" offset and bolster "solid" free cash flow generation. Deutsche Bank rates the stock at buy, with a price target of 55 euros.
