On September 28, Wanlida issued an announcement. All conditions contained in the subscription agreement have been met, and the subscription matters have been completed on September 28, 2026. A total of 449.219 million subscribed shares have been successfully allocated and issued to subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.104 per subscribed share, accounting for about 25% of the company's issued share capital immediately before completion, and accounting for about 20% of the company's issued share capital, which was expanded through allotment and issuance of subscription shares.
