From January 1 to September 30, 2026, the Group, together with its joint ventures and joint ventures, had a cumulative agreed sales volume of approximately RMB 10.34 billion; the cumulative agreed sales floor area was approximately RMB 845,500 square meters; and the cumulative agreed average sales price was approximately RMB 12,200 per square meter.
