Aerospace Dynamics announced that the company previously transferred 51% of its shares in Jiangsu Electromechanical through a public listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange, and did not solicit the intended transferee at the end of the initial listing period. The company plans to adjust the transfer reserve price from RMB 23.1143 million to RMB 20.8031 million starting from October 15, 2026, to 90.001% of the initial listing reserve price, and continue to list. Other terms of the transaction remain unchanged.
