03:02 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- RBC Capital Markets expects GSK (GSK.L) to report "in-line" third-quarter results on Oct. 28, as headwinds in its vaccine division are expected to be counterbalanced by growth in its HIV portfolio and severe asthma drug Nucala. "We analyzed 3Q prescription trends and caught up with management ahead of the earnings report. We see an in-line quarter that tracks with the latest guidance update given during GSK's 2Q earnings report. We expect a ~1% headwind on the top-line, which is not being factored into latest consensus estimates. Catalysts remain light through year-end, with the upcoming bepirovirsen PDUFA and some incremental data updates at ESMO. GSK is hosting an investor call on Tuesday, 10/27 to discuss the latest data in their oncology portfolio," the research firm said Tuesday. RBC also forecasts GSK will tighten its full-year 2026 guidance toward 4% to 5% on the top line and 7% to 8% on the bottom line from the current respective outlooks of 3% to 5% and 7% to 9%. Analysts then anticipate a "quiet" rest of the year as attention turns to the UK-based pharmaceutical group's cost-saving initiatives and upcoming 2027 trial launches. Against this backdrop, the research firm maintained its sector perform rating and price target of 19.75 pounds sterling on the stock.
