The Abu Dhabi-listed investment and asset management company's subsidiary will be sold to Indian oil, gas, and chemical logistics company Aegis Logistics, according to a Wednesday release. The company will receive $581 million from the deal, which comprises a $425 million payment on completion and a deferred earn-out payment worth up to $46 million. The transaction, which does not include the company's interest in a fuel storage asset, is expected to be finalized in March 2027, subject to regulatory clearances.
