The company is owned by China Southern Power Grid Digital Grid Group, and co-funded by Guangdong Yixun Technology, Guangzhou Mathematics Group, and Guangzhou Hengyun Group. It is the first central-local joint venture platform in the country with telecommunication collaboration as the core mission, marking a key step in building a city-level computing power supply system.
