PETALING JAYA: Dynafront Holdings Bhd says its wholly-owned subsidiary, DynaFront Systems Sdn Bhd (DSSB), has entered into a Phase I discovery agreement with a reputable life insurance company in Indonesia.

Dynafront said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that the customer had selected DSSB as its vendor for its new core life insurance system project.

Phase I of the project comprises a discovery workshop to assess the customer’s business and functional requirements against DSSB’s existing PrecentiaLife base system, identify and validate gaps, and determine the system changes required for the proposed implementation.

It is expected to take about five months from the commencement date.

Phase II, which has not been contracted under the current agreement, is expected to cover full system implementation and data migration.

For the six-month period ended June 30, 2026, the company reported a net profit of RM75,000, on revenue of RM5.32mil.
